Schedule 1 Roadmap: What’s Coming Next?
Schedule 1 is still in its early access phase, but if you think the game already feels massive, just wait, the roadmap shows there’s a lot more on the way. With early access expected to last until March 2027, there’s plenty of time for Hyland Point’s narcotics empire to get even bigger, crazier, and a little more polished.
Here’s a full breakdown of everything coming to Schedule 1 based on official updates, developer teasers, and the community driven Trello board.
|What’s Planned for the Long-Term?
The developers have some big goals lined up for the full release. Here’s what’s definitely in the works:
Massive map expansion
More drugs and complex production systems
Expanded customer and supplier networks
New ways to spend your cash
So yeah, expect the empire you’re building now to feel tiny compared to what’s coming later.
|What’s Being Worked on Right Now?
While the bigger stuff is still a ways off, the devs are actively rolling out smaller updates to make the game smoother and more stable. Some of the immediate improvements in progress include:
Steam Deck support
Fixes for employee task bugs
Steam Cloud save improvements (less save data corruption)
Better multiplayer loading and connection handling
If you’ve been frustrated by save glitches or weird employee AI, these fixes should make life much easier soon.
|Upcoming Features in the Short Term
Here’s a few smaller, but very welcome, additions that are almost ready to ship:
Storage lockup property (finally more ways to stash your goods!)
Jukebox (because what’s an empire without a vibe?)
Consolidated save files (tidy up your save menu)

|Unconfirmed Features on the Roadmap
Now for the fun part: the “maybe” list. The official Schedule 1 Trello board is packed with crazy and ambitious ideas that the developers are considering. Nothing’s guaranteed, but here’s a peek at what could eventually make it into the game:
Graffiti and tagging
Magic mushrooms (Shrooms)
Travelling customers
Fishing and rare trash drops
Dynamic weather and sewer networks
Property heat levels, raids, and police bribery
Cartel interactions and full-on battles
Firearms upgrades and shooting minigames
Southwest and northeast map expansions
Parkour mechanics
Voice chat and controller support
Appearance editing and custom packaging
Hireable drivers for logistics
Rideable wheelchairs (seriously!)
Plus a whole lot more.
|How You Can Shape the Game
One of the coolest things about Schedule 1 is how much the developers listen to player feedback. If you hang out in the Schedule 1 Discord, you can suggest features, vote on ideas, and see updates in real time.
Schedule 1 game roadmap is expected to grow even more as players pitch new ideas and the devs continue tweaking the core gameplay.
Schedule 1 might still be rough around the edges, but with a roadmap this packed, and a dev team that’s clearly paying attention, the future looks seriously exciting. Whether you’re in it for the empire-building, the chaos, or just the wild new features, there’s a lot to look forward to between now and 2027.
If you haven’t jumped into Schedule 1 yet, now might be the perfect time to start building your empire before the world gets even bigger.
